Kitchen Incubator ("Kitchen Inc") will provide licensed commercial kitchens for hourly rent, culinary business advisory and a unique multi-chef café showcasing client products, all centrally located in historic downtown Houston, TX.
Three Certified Kitchens for Hourly or Contract Rent
We understand that the enormous costs of setting up a commercial kitchen and the intensive certification processes are intimidating obstacles. We hope to help local businesses launch and grow without the overwhelming initial investments. Our fully equipped kitchens will be availble for hourly or contract rent and can always be tailored to meet your specific needs whether you are renting for prep, catering, baking or teaching. Rent a single kitchen, combine several for a large operation or even combine with the café for a large event.

Our online scheduling and building access system allow you to access the kitchens according to your business needs, not our operating hours. Login on the menu to the left to access our registration system for online reservations and your unique access code.
Launch and Grow Your Business
Once signed on as a client, we will walk you through all the necessary certification processes, and provide all of the forms and contacts. If your business is in need of more specific advisory services to help write your business plan, set up your accounting systems or website, we offer that too. Kitchen Incubator is a "one-stop shop" for the culinary entrepreneur!
Teach a Cooking Class or Host a Cooking Party
Our Standard Kitchen is ready for your event with a stainless steel seating bar and french doors that open into our café to expand your space. Sell Your Products in the Café
