KITCHEN RENTAL Getting Started
Getting started in our kitchens is easy! Simply register as a user in the box to the left to access applications and reservations. Registered users gain access to our Resources section that includes our prorietary guides on everything you need to use Kitchen Incubator.
If you wish to reserve kitchen space for a single event, you may access the Reservations Calander immediately. Clients wishing to produce food items for sale are required to complete Client Registration prior to gaining access to the Reservations Calendar.

We require the following from all clients:

  • A signed copy of the Licensing Agreement
  • Proof of liability insurance of at least $1 million with Kitchen Incubator LLC listed as additional insured
  • A valid credit card on file with charged security deposit
  • A copy of a City of Houston Food Service Manager’s Certificate.
  • A copy of a Texas Food Manufacturer’s License if you plan to produce food for wholesale

Reservations

All reservations are made through our website. The calendar contains the most current information and ensures that space is efficiently and accurately booked. Please note that no reservations will ever be made over the phone or via e-mail.

Reservations can be made up to 60-days in advance. Only Contract Clients may secure kitchen space beyond this window. We encourage anyone with advance obligations requiring more than 25 hours per month of kitchen time to apply to our Contract Client Program.

Contract Clients

Clients with consistent business needs may sign a contract with Kitchen Inc. in order to guarantee kitchen time ahead of the online calendar’s 60-day window. Contract Clients also receive a number of benefits including priority scheduling and our lowest rates.

In order to apply for the Contract Client Program your business must rent a minimum of 25 hours monthly and show accurate demand estimates based on either sales history or existing contracts.
