The Kitchen Incubator Facility includes three separate, fully equipped commercial kitchens for hourly or contract rent:
- The Standard Kitchen is outfitted for all basic commercial cooking needs including catering and personal chef businesses. This is also our Demo Kitchen and can be arranged to suit events such as classes and parties. The space can be customized to meet your needs, with tables and chairs for observation or hands-on cooking.
- The Bakery is equipped to suit all your baking needs and is reserved for baked goods only. This space is perfect for bakers or pastry chefs making anything from breads to desserts.
- The Cold Kitchen provides a temperature controled room for delicate finishing work such as cake decoration and confectionary.
