The Bakery is restricted to the production of baked goods and sweets in order to maintain a separation of smells and temperatures. The Bakery accommodates five comfortably and also expands to event capacity.

Each kitchen will include under-counter refrigerators and freezers, stainless steel worktables, waste bins, floor mats and shelves to make the production environment comfortable and efficient.

All rentals include access to the Pantry for cleaning and an array of shared equipment items:

  • 24” High pressure wash unit with three-compartment sink and garbage disposal
  • 20 pan mobile cooling racks
  • Various pots, pans and cleaning supplies
  • Modular cube ice machine
  • 1000 watt microwave
  • Food processor
  • 25 lb. heavy duty scale
  • Dolly for loading and unloading
  • Access to walk-in cooler and freezer
