The Cold Kitchen provides a humidity and temperature-controlled environment for delicate confectionary and decorative work. It provides an affordable alternative for clients that would not make full use of the equipment provided in the other kitchens. The Small kitchen accommodates only two persons and is not available for classes or events, but can be annexed onto the other two kitchens to increase event capacity. Each kitchen will include under-counter refrigerators and freezers, stainless steel worktables, waste bins, floor mats and shelves to make the production environment comfortable and efficient.
