KITCHEN RENTAL Our Kitchens Standard Kitchen

The Standard kitchen can be used for any type of food preparation and accommodates up to eight comfortably with two separate cooking stations. A wrap-around bar with hidden stools serves as a prep area during product and as a seating area during cooking classes and other events.

Each kitchen will include under-counter refrigerators and freezers, stainless steel worktables, waste bins, floor mats and shelves to make the production environment comfortable and efficient.

Includes:

  • Two six burner range stations with double oven and griddle
  • Fryer
  • Small combination oven
  • 10 QT Countertop mixer
  • Portable induction cook tops to allow multiple stations for classes and events

 

All rentals include access to the Pantry for cleaning and an array of shared equipment items:

  • 24” High pressure wash unit with three-compartment sink and garbage disposal
  • 20 pan mobile cooling racks
  • Various pots, pans and cleaning supplies
  • Modular cube ice machine
  • 1000 watt microwave
  • Food processor
  • 25 lb. heavy duty scale
  • Dolly for loading and unloading
  • Access to walk-in cooler and freezer
