Rates are shown in Peak/Non-peak hours per month with peak hours from 5 am to 9 pm daily, not inclusive of utility supplement and tax.

Additional Fees
Security Deposit
A fully refundable Security Deposit of $500 due upon application approval and refundable upon rental completion; waived for Contract Clients
Utility Supplement
An minimal hourly fee calculated by dividing the previous month' utility bill by the number of hours rented in order to encourage responsible utility usage. The Cold Kitchen does not charge a utility supplement as it does not contain heavy utility use equipment.
Overtime
Any time over the reserved time. If it does not interfere with an existing reservation, simply sign on and reserve additional hours. Overtime that interferes with another reservation will be billed a penalty.
Cleaning Fee
Assessed only if it has been reported that you did not meet the cleaning responsibilities as defined in the Licensing Agreement.
Receiving Fee
Flat $25 receiving fee for all private deliveries (not including community supply orders scheduled by Kitchen Inc). Schedule deliveries online so that we can receive your orders on time.
