KITCHEN RENTAL Pricing

Our rates are divided into peak and off-peak hours and tiered to provide the best prices for clients that rent the most hours. Contract Clients may be eligible to receive additional discounts based upon the length of the contract and number of hours reserved.

The rates below are not inclusive of utility supplement and tax.

Peak hours run from 5 am to 9 pm daily.

Utility Supplement

An hourly utility supplement is added to all Standard and Baking Kitchen rentals in order to encourage responsible utility usage. The supplement is calculated by dividing the previous month’s utility bill by the number of hours in the month, thus arriving at a utility dollar per hour. The Small Kitchen does not charge a utility supplement  as it does not contain heavy utility use equipment.
